Founded by seasoned industry experts Sacha Close and Kris White, Qurioux Solutions was built on decades of experience, a deep understanding of vulnerability in the credit lifecycle, and a shared belief that change should be both meaningful and measurable.

Co-founder
Sacha Close is the Co-Founder of Qurioux Solutions and Women in Credit Risk and Collections (WiCRC). With over 20 years of industry experience, including senior executive roles at companies like Experian, Equifax, CBA, Westpac, and Accenture, Sacha has led major transformation initiatives that balance risk, compliance, and customer care.
Her expertise lies in modernizing outdated processes, data, and technology to deliver empathetic and results-driven solutions. Sacha's hands-on approach guides organizations through large-scale transformations, helping businesses optimize performance, mitigate risk, and improve customer experiences. She’s deeply committed to fostering innovation that addresses financial vulnerability and promotes economic resilience.
As a thought leader and advocate for change, Sacha continues to challenge the status quo, offering real-world solutions that emphasize the human stories behind financial challenges and responsible lending. Kris White
Co-founder, CEO
Kris White is a strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in financial assistance, collections, recoveries, and operations. In her previous roles Kris led transformative initiatives focused on driving value through innovative strategies that align people, processes, and technology. She is the co-founder and CEO of Qurioux Solutions.
With firsthand experience in the recent ASIC hardship review, Kris has a deep understanding of how to assess the current state and build roadmaps that not only work for customers but also make operational and commercial sense. Her ability to design solutions that support both efficiency and regulatory compliance has made her a respected voice in the industry.
Throughout her career, Kris has held senior roles at leading organizations, including Division Director at Macquarie Group, CBA, Baycorp, and Credit Corp, where she was responsible for remediation, transformation programs, and business growth. She is known for her expertise in developing customer-focused strategies that deliver measurable results while fostering high-performance cultures within her teams.
Kris is dedicated to bridging the gap between regulatory requirements and operational realities, particularly in the context of financial hardship. Her hands-on, pragmatic approach to balancing compliance with customer needs is central to her work.
